About Kimbertly A. Jones MBA, SWP

An author, motivational and keynote speaker, Kimbertly’s career spans over 30 years across multiple work sectors, including military, corporate, entrepreneurial, non-profit and federal. He has amassed a broad wealth of experiences consisting of cybersecurity, human capital, workforce & career development, human resources, data science, business analytics, policy, training and development, operational and program management. He has held multiple executive and senior leadership roles throughout his career among some of the nation’s leading organizations, e.g., the Nationcal Credit Union Administration, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Double Eagle Enterprises, Culpepper & Associates Security Services, FedEx Express, various Non-Profit Organizationa and the United States Air Force.

Kimbertly is a President Management Council Fellow and previously served as a Board Director to the CDC Federal Credit Union. He boasts an impressive educational background, including an AI/Machine Learning Certificate from MIT Sloan School of Management, a Business Analytics Certification from Harvard Business School, and an MBA and a Bachelor’s in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. He’s also a Human Capital Institute (HCI)-Certified Strategic Workforce Planner.
