About Kimbertly A. Jones MBA, SWP

A author, motivational and keynote speaker, Kimbertly’s career spans over 30 years across multiple work sectors, including military, corporate, entrepreneurial, non-profit and federal. He has amassed a broad wealth of experiences consisting of human capital, workforce and career development, human resources, data science, business analytics, policy, training and development, operational and program management. He has held multiple executive and senior leadership roles throughout his career among some of the nation’s leading organizations, e.g., the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Double Eagle Enterprises, Culpepper & Associates Security Services, FedEx Express and the United States Air Force.

Kimbertly is a President Management Council Fellow, sponsored by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Federal Executive Board (FEB) and holds a Master’s in Business Administration and Bachelor’s in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.  He is certified as a Strategic Workforce Planner (SWP) through the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
