Initial consulting deposit for the HR Fractional CFO Hiring Transformation/Implementation & Sales LMS Platform Review/Revenue Strategy Engagement provided by WP Enterprises to Carter & Company. This deposit represents 50% of the total engagement fee and is required to initiate services, secure consulting time, and begin project planning and coordination.

The deposit covers:

  • Engagement onboarding and kickoff preparation
  • Scheduling and coordination of project resources
  • Initial strategic planning and framework development
  • Allocation of dedicated consulting time for the engagement period

Amount: $5,000 (50% of total engagement fee)

Terms:
This deposit is non-refundable once the engagement has commenced and consulting resources have been allocated. Work will begin upon receipt of payment in accordance with the agreed start date of April 1, 2026.

The remaining balance of $5,000 is due upon completion of the engagement.
